Our Mission Statement
Our philosophy is that all individuals have a great potential and value as people, without regard to outward appearance or level of abilities.   
TLC Vocational Services provides the curriculum necessary using positive training techniques that will create an atmosphere where the individuals can develop and learn the new skills necessary to function and thrive as independently as possible in the workplace and community.  

We operate in all of North County San Diego and offer both 
Community and Remote (Zoom) Day Programs.
